You know while I was in Philippines, I had to check out what sneakers the locals had to offer! My first stop was Titan in Fort Bonifacio. A barbershop/sneaker boutique inspired by the owner’s love of basketball, Titan is the only store of its kind in the Philippines. They had a GRIP of recent releases still sitting on the shelves, but retail prices for Nike’s and Jordan’s are CRAZY out there.
Next stop, Nike Stadium in Fort Bonifacio. Again, tons of recent releases sitting on shelves but at least $50 more than typical retail in the US.
Typically, foie gras is sold at a premium, and it’s actually banned in California starting this year.In the Philippines, this buffet was serving it at request. I couldn’t believe it. I’m not really a fan, but the idea of it just being given away in its abundance was unthinkable.
A few days into the trip, we headed to the island of Palawan via “Asia’s most refreshing airline.”
While in Palawan, we got to ride Quad’s literally throught the jungle, and I happened to be wearing my Jordan Alpha 1′s. Part 3 will show you how they held up. Stay tuned…

damn…i miss ridin jeepneys 👍
